Cupcakes & Tea Card Topper 2Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Resized slightly smaller and attached the topper with dst to a pearl silver 5" x 7" card.

Added a narrow washi tape border, then some of the decoupage with silicone gel. I used the second teacup panel on the center back of the card (wet glue).

Finished with crystal Stickles glitter glue on the jewels in the corners and the large ones on the large panel.
