Candles Birthday TopperCompleted by Angela Styles

As this was a such a pretty design I decided to make it into a card on its own.I printed it out on to CUP paper.Having cut it out I mounted the decoupage images with foam pads.Using the stripes as a guide I then scored 2 lines each side and folded tem so the card stands up on its own.I finished by addin gcard candi.
