Blue Roses & White Carnations TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to add more definition. I added glitter to the roses, the butterflies and to the blue pearls to enhance this lovely design.
