Blue Rose Sorry/get Well Card Topper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to add more definition. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the candle flame and to the wings of the butterflies to enhance this beautiful design.
