Bella Fantasy Rose Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Personalised Handmade Cards by Carole McGregor

i printed it onto 135gsm photo paper twice and attached the base layer to an A5 card blank using photo glue.

i then cut out all the layers to decoupage and used a mixture of double sided sticky pads and silicone glue to build the layers up.

It is a very versatile design.
