Beautiful Roses Topper PlaqueCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, mounted onto cream A4 card which I offset folded and punched down 2 sides with my Martha Stewart edge punch, decoupaged an extra layer with foam pads, added pink sequin flowers down the front border and tied a cream satin bow down the spine...beautiful design.
