Beautiful Blue Roses at the Waterfall
This lovely topper features beautiful blue roses, on a fancy golden frame, at a waterfall. It has two layers of decoupage to add depth.

I printed on to photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a white A6 card and layered all elements. Added blue gems and a fancy bow to embellish. This is just gorgeous, the colours are incredible...... and will suit any occasion.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a gold C5 card, I then made up the design using 3mm sticky pads, to finish my card I added some gold glitter around the outside edges of the petals, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
