The greetings are birthday blessings, happy birthday, happy mother's day, mum and nan.
This lovely topper features the beautiful 'Belle Epoque' roses, on a gold trimmed plaque. It has a single layer of decoupage to add depth and five greetings to choose from. The greetings are birthday blessings, happy birthday, happy mother's day, mum and nan.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with lilac gems to corners.
A lovely design in stunning colours.

I printed the sheet onto 250gsm Matte photo paper. I then stuck the main image onto a piece of Shimmer White Gold and left a fine border. This was then stuck onto bazzill cardinal. The rest of the elements were cut out and stuck with 3d adhesive foam squares.
