I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded one 6 x 6 scalloped edged card and one 5 x 5 scalloped edged card. I attached one topper to each card using double sided tape.
I made a pocket from one of the plain tags and one with the rose on it and attached this to the front of the 6 x 6 card using thin foam tape.
I placed one of the remaining tags into the pocket. I completed this card by adding some peel off hearts. The design still has lots of tags left. Amazing value for money.
