Happy Birthday 80
I have designed this sheet to build a 3D card front using decoupage. This design measures 6in square and has the decoupage layers to build the design up. A unique and individual design thats easy and effective to make.

I printed on to pearl paper, and placed the topper on to a gold pearl card. Layered all elements. Added beads to the centre of the flowers and a gem to the bow. Such a pretty design.
