He is just the cutest wee puppy! And very simple to make. I printed the design onto good quality white card, cut out and assembled all the elements using spongy tape.

I mounted the topper on to a sunny yellow mat, to encourage healing since it is a get well card, using DST and added this to a simple white card.

I added one of the get well greetings but found it a little hard to read in the yellow print so added the silver get well soon salutation.
