Art Deco Stacker Topper - Pastel PansiesCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

Pansies are for thoughts! So I thought I would do something a little bit different with this pretty card. Firstly, I printed it onto good plain white card and cut out the very simple elements.

I covered the white cut edges using a black marker so the white did not show through. Then rather than straight and beautifully lined-up decoupage I dropped each layer and applied thickish spongy tape to the top edges of each layer and plain DST to the bottom edge to give it fan-like look.

I added small pearls to the corners of each level and the multi-pastel-coloured salutation as a finishing touch.
