I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage part and double sided tape to adhere the rest of the card together.

I punched out two white border strips and placed them on either side of the front panel.

I glued the front panel to a complimentary lilac cardstock base card and then cut the top of the card base to follow the top edge of the front panel.

A silver "Happy Birthday" sentiment completes this softly appealing card.
