Printed onto quality Photo Paper. I cut out both elements. Using DST I attached the Topper to a pink card, and the Insert. I used Pink Glitter in the middle of the Flowers. To finish, I used Silver stick on edging around the Topper.
This is a wonderful design, and the insert is as lovely as the Topper.
