Happy Anniversary Oval Card TopperCompleted by Tracey Drage-Baillie

After printing this onto regular glossy photo paper and cutting out the main picture and some of the decoupage extras, I used a 'wet' glue to adhere the picture to a soft pink hammered card.

I cut the base card to match the shape of the picture then added some glitter and also some fake 'snow' to add to an already effective card.
