Flutters and Candle in Blue Card TopperCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the main image to a 8x8 cream scalloped card,then i decoupaged up the butterflies,added a pale blue ribbon to the spine side of the card then tied a bow,to this ribbon i have mounted five pearl circles,and added glitter to flowers and butterflies.A pretty card.
