Precious Lily Various Occasions Topper 1Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads, gold peel-offs round card, gold card candy to corners and finished with crystal stickles to butterflies.
A lovely design.
