Copied to premium, glossy photo paper, cut out all the elements.I used the pale plaque for the back of the card the bright one for the front which I decoupaged using sticky pads.

I am not sure why but I thought CARNIVAL and treated it as thus.

Added gems , pearls, masques, stars and feathers with a ribbon twisted at the top. Put a sparkly peel-off greeting on and "Voila" you have a bright , sunny happy card. Folded tent wise.
