I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold holo card, added some gathered Lace & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I matted the layer onto gold mirror card, added a mint feather & used foam tape to decoupage it to the base layer.
I used Diamond Stickles to highlight the bloom.
