Diamonds & Lilacs Card Topper Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size of the file to fit two copies on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of matte photo paper, then covered a card with lavender glitter paper and attached a topper with strong dst.

I cut the frame from the second topper and attached it with silicone gel, then cut out the nosegay and butterfly and attached them with silicone gel as well, also the sentiment, a heart and two more butterfly layers.

Finished with crystal glitter on the corner "diamonds".
