I printed onto Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper then cut out the relevant pieces. I stuck the main picture onto a DL card using dst. I then topped this with the second picture using foam tape around the edges and in the centre, to keep the image flat.

I added the sentiment with a foam pad and the flower with glue gel. Before adding the flower I curved the petals so they turned upwards. This gave a lovely effect.
