OccasionWow!!! This design is just stunning and took me a while to get my creativity to do it justice... I hope I have done that. After printing the sheet and cutting out the elements I mounted the decourpage items with foam tape. I took a 6 x 6 silver pearlescent card base and folded the card front in half to create an easel card. I mounted the base topper onto the front with DST only sticking the bottom section up to the half-way mark. I then cut a strip of Merci shiny paper with a french pattern on it and added a matching red punched border to match her dress - this I mounted with foam tape and adhered it to make the stopper on the easel card. I then added the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment tag to the centre.
