Aqua Dreams Card TopperCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Using a cream 8x8 card I punched a decorative edge.

I matted the base image first onto cream card and then punched a small strip and attached this to the back of the topper with gold peeloff "Best Wishes" sentiment hanging below.

I then attached this to some green card to extend below the sentiment and attached it to the main card using d/s tape.

To finish I added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
