Wizard MagicCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto photo paper. I matted the base image onto blue glitter card and mounted it to the 5x7 base card. I decoupaged the layer with 3D glue gel & used Stickles glitter glue to add some shimmer.
