I printed the design onto crafty Bob's 250gsm matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the main topper onto white card and then mounted it onto a black blank card.I added the decoupage with foam pads and finished the card by adding a little glitter to the flowers...I just love this design.
