I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto Ice blue mirror card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card base i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
