Starry Night - Unicorn Decoupage Card TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a pale blue A5 card. I cut out the frame around the decoupage element, and cut out the Unicorn. I used foam pads to attach the Unicorn and other Decoupage.

I used small foam pads to attach the frame. I used Stickles crystal glitter on some of the stars. I stuck a white fabric bow onto top corner. A great design, which makes into a pretty card.
