I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto a white textured square card and used glitter peel-off stickers to form a frame around it.

I added some crystal glitter glue and faux diamonds for highlights.

This is a lovely design that could be used for a number of occasions.
