I made the image smaller,and printed and cut it out.I added some coordinating backing paper to a white card,then mounted the image on top.I used peel off greetings and embellishments.I added glitter to the candle flames.I used a gold pen to colour her buttons, and also drew a necklace.I then used coordinating minature gems on her necclace and as an earring.
