Fairy Wishes Large TopperCompleted by Debra Macey
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Fairies
I cut out the image then using a glue pen glittered the wings to highlight. I attached to dull silver mirri-board and decorated with ribbons, peel offs and rhinestones. A really easy card to make and a lovely card to receive.
