I decided o make this an over the top card so made a base card and inserts before I Printed on matte card and used foam squares to add layers.
I used turquoise glitter on the butterfly, sentiment and around the inside frame.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a scalloped 8x8 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
