I printed the Dragon sheet. Then I printed SS_Metalframes(1).png for frame. I cut the dragon topper out and trimmed the frame to fit nicely behind the topper. Then I attached my card front on a midblue card base leaving a 2 mm blue border around the card.
Then I cut out all the decoupage parts. I printed the dragon sheet another time to get extra decoupage levels. I attached the levels with foam pads. I decorated the card with shields, which were leftovers from another dragon card. As a finishing touch I added a clear faux gem as the eye of the dragon.
