I used a square card blank to make this project. First I assembled the decoupage roses with 3d glue. Once dry I matted the topper to black card with double sided tape. I then added a die cut border around the outside edge of the topper using the tape.

To complete I attached the topper to the card blank and added highlights to the unicorn and roses with a glitter pen.
