I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a gold shimmer card I layered turquoise marbled paper and attached gold organdy ribbon across the bottom. Then I matted the image on foam pads over that.
I added some glitter to the image and adhered charms over the ribbon to finish. This is a lovely mermaid design that would lend itself to many different occasions.
