Rose Bouquet Oriental Hand Fan 3D TopperCompleted by Davina Rundle
A silver linen A5 base card layered with a piece of lace paper. The fan is set at an angle across this and a 3d bride added to bottom corner. Some silver peel-off corners, glitter and gems to finish.
Although I thought this fan would be lovely for a wedding, it could also be used for birthdays and anniversaries.
