Lilac Oriental Hand Fan Topper Step by Step

These 3D toppers in a hand fan design, based on the oriental hourglass fan, with my own twist.

These are very easy to cut and very effective for your cards or projects.

Simply cut out and using your foam or silicone glue, layer the numbered layers on top of each other and

finish the design at the top of the handle with the bow.

Even though I have called these 'oriental' they do not have to go with oriental projects.
