Dusky Teal Rose Swirl Fan Decoupage Topper SheetCompleted by Lady Rosie Designs

I loved the colours of the teal and the rose. I printed a lovely blue rose background onto a 300gm white pearlised card so the design is on the front and the back the same.

I then cut and mounted the fan and put onto the card using 2mm foam pads for the first layer and 1mm for the rest.

I finished by putting some teal blue rhinestones on to it.
