Cottage Chic Floral Fan Kitty Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Selina Dittmann

I printed this on Kodak matt finish photo paper. I used delicate pale pink coloured card topped with sky blue coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares.

For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with hot pink and gold trim and pink and blue bling.
