Cut out the sections and assembled using 2mm sticky pads. Attached ribbon with 2 x 2mm pads stuck together. Attached the fan to a C5 card. Added silver straight border peeloffs and a diamante at each corner, and in the knot of the bow.

Used glitter glues on the trees, flowers and water. Then added a Chinese greeting and the English translation above it. A very simple but effective design.
