I printed the images onto Crafty Bob's Glossy Photo Paper & foam padded the base image onto lilac mulberry paper, this I then put onto a pale blue card.

I cut out the other images & layered these onto the base image using foam pads.

I finished off with 4 fan corner peel-offs, 4 Oriental symbol peel-offs, a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment & a blue jewel embellishment in the centre of the bow.
