I used all 3 toppers to make my card. I cut out the whole of the first topper and attached it to a DL card blank with double sided tape.
I then cut out the wording on the yellow backing and attached this with foam pads.
I finally cut out the actual wording and attached with foam pads. I love this design - so simple yet so effective.
