Pretty Tulip Fairy Over the Edge Card TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design twice onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape ensuring the fairy was over the edge as expected.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to give more definition. I added liquid pearl to the pearls on each corner and to the centre of the ball the fairy is holding.

I cut out the fairy?s wings from the second printout and decoupaged these to the base design using thin foam tape and silicone glue.

I added glitter to the fairy?s wings, to the butterflies and to the ball the fairy is holding to enhance this lovely design.
