A great topper with extras for layering

I printed image onto good quality glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements.
I used five mats behind the main image, gold emb acetate onto black card, then onto more black card, gold emb card and pink swirly emb card. I used a black marker pen around all the edges of the layers and mounted all onto a white 7"x 10" shaped card blank.
To finish I decoupaged all the elements using 3d glue, added glitter highlights and gems.
I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto gold paper and then matted it to a textured and embossed white card.
I added two arrangements of paper flowers and leaves as shown, a sentiment tag and a gold peel-off corner to finish.
This lovely design could be used for a number of different occasions.
