Fairies of the Lily + DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Fairies
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to scalloped edge white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pearl and bow decoration to centre fold, gems and gold stickles to flower centres and crystal stickles to fairy wings.
A delightful design.
