The topper was layered on to red, then gold mirri and attached to a white square card.
I added one of the fairy layers to the card using pinflair glue, then I cut away the wings and the dress and used the remainder of the second fairy as a top layer of decoupage.
I finished off by adding gems to the centre of the whole flowers and glossy accents to the part flower centres.
