I printed the Archer Topper with Decoupage and cut all the parts out. Then I printed insert cup613410_68.jpg for frame. I cut the insert out, removed the center picture and attached the archer instead. I attached my card front on a forest green base card.
I added the decoupage and decorated the card with metal corner decorations.
