I printed the image on to satin photo paper. I covered a 5 x 5 inch card with a pale blue backing paper using double sided tape.
I matted the 3rd largest image on to paper from the matching pillow box image and then fixed the matted image on to the card using double sided tape.
I added ultra fine crystal glitter to the fairy.
