Lotus Sea Fairy Topper with DecoupageCompleted by JAYES CRAFTED CARDS by Jennifer

I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements, I used a toning shade of glitter card and mounted onto a white 8" x 8" shaped card blank.

I matted main image onto silver mirri card and then onto the card base using sticky pads.

I decoupaged all the elements using sticky pads and finished with feathers, gems and glitter touches.
