Little Fairy in the Rain Card TopperCompleted by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto decoupage paper and all layers were cut out by Scan n Cut and scissors. The layers were decoupaged using 3D foam pads and the image was mounted onto pink pearl card.

The white 8x8 base card was embossed and the topper added with 3D foam pads. I then used glossy accents on the rain drops and Spectrum Sparkles on the bird trail stars. Finally I attached a greeting. Very easy to make as the decoupage is easy to cut out.
