This is a lovely bright easter card. The image is on a pale lilac foil effect frame, with a pearl centre. It has an extra layer which could be decoupaged onto the main image, or used as a separate topper.

I PRINTED THIS EASTER TOPPER ON TO BLANK WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I USED A BLANK CARD THAT WOULD FIT THIS DESIGN. I GLUED A BACKGROUND TO THE CARD AND THEN GLUED THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT.
I USED A LOT OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
